There are plenty of machines and a reasonable amount of free weights to complete a decent workout on a daily basis.

Excellent. Been a pure gym membership for a few years and of the 4 gyms I have used, Sunderland is the best. Great staff, good community feel to it. Everyone is friendly and it's a big open space where you're never isolated. Excellent place to work out

Its a good gym but the pts act like they own the place at times and hog equipment needs to add some new stuff like full incline sit up bench

Booked into a class today. Being a nurse I was 5 mins late but I still attended. Only to be spoke in front of all other people very nasty and abrupt his exact words were "get out your late" everyone looked and it was very embarrassing. I understand class had started and I just popped in, it was the way he spoke there was no need. If I spoke to my patients in that manner I would of been struck off. IT HAS KNOCKED MY CONFIDENCE, MADE ME FEEL EMBARRASSED TO GO BACK.
